FIVE Years In The Making

A milestone for Divergence, this is the first bottling of a five year old Single Malt Whisky. A delicious combination of a single 100 litre South Australian Sherry cask and a single 100 litre ex-Bourbon barrel, both aged five years at our Christchurch distillery. Vanilla, crème brûlée, blackberries and cinnamon notes on the nose. Creamy vanilla, oak, spice, blackberries and pear on the palate with a lingering finish of stewed apple and pear and vanilla cake.
