Hector's French Farm Petit Pinot Gin, by Akaroa Craft Distillery

Named for the Hector’s dolphins that swim off Akaroa, Hector’s Gin comes in flavour profiles foraged from Banks Peninsula. Pinot noir from vines in French Peak Vineyard, syrah, kelp, thyme, lavender and lemon myrtle gathered by local foragers are blended with classic botanicals to create a vibrant yet velvety smooth ruby red gin with notes of a fruit forward pinot noir. Bright, silky and elegant with a dash of spice. Every bottle is a taste of Akaroa. Our gins are a true evocation of this beautiful part of Aotearoa.
